Capcom promises a fix for Resident Evil Village crack.

Resident Evil Village runs better when cracked. Digital Foundry tested these claims and found that DRM is the root cause of Village's problems on PC. The latest video from Digital Foundry, which can be seen above, shows that DRM is indeed the cause of Village's problems on PC. The second problem is the fight with Lady Dimitrescu's daughters. This also caused a similar framerate issue. Digital Foundry's testing revealed that both of these issues were resolved by using the NFO crack which disables the game's DRM. Capcom initially refused to comment but later told Digital Foundry that they are working on a patch for the problem. Even if this patch fixes the problem it would still mean that paying customers had to endure a worse experience.
